2.Entrustment of Personal Information

3. Procedures for Disclosure, Correction, etc.
In accordance with Personal Information Protection Act, we will accept requests from the individual for disclosure of retained personal data, notification of the purpose of use, correction, etc. of the content of retained personal data, discontinuance of use, etc. and discontinuance of provision to a third party (hereinafter collectively referred to as “disclosure, etc.”).

Please note that, if you request for disclosure and requests for notification of the purpose of use, you may be asked to pay a handling fee(440 yen for registered mail) as specified by the Company.
4. Discontinuance of Use and Erasing
If you want to stop the use of all or part of your personal information or to erase all or part of your personal information (hereinafter collectively referred to as ‘discontinue of use, etc.’) with regard to the retained personal data stipulated in 1. above, we will discontinue of the use, etc. of such information within a reasonable period and scope after verifying the identity of the individual making such a request.

5. Voluntary Provision of Personal Information
